Wetzel Properties and Remodeling did a great job finishing our basement. Tom was easy to work with and had great communication through the entire process. Thrilled with the end design and results. I highly recommend working with them.
Wetzel Properties and Remodeling did beautiful and quality work on our major bathroom remodel! Tom knocked out a wall to make it bigger, designed a beautiful, huge nook, put in seating in our walk in, zero entry shower, installed heated floors and a built double sink vanity and a floor to ceiling piece for storage. We couldn’t be more pleased! Tom was thorough and precise. He is honest and a man of integrity. We would hire him again no matter how big the project!
I'm normally not a fan of leaving negative reviews. But the communication abilities of this company are completely nonexistent. Initially we reached out to have them estimate some remodel work for us. After ghosting us for a number of days, they responded with an hour's notice of them coming to check out our job. We had to scramble a bit to make sure we were around, but whatever. They came and checked out the work we were quoting. The guy who came was extremely friendly and willing to answer our questions.
