I called to ask if they could check the tire pressure as I was headed to Michigan and he said sure. No appointment needed. (I'd purchased my tires there.) So, I got there at 12:15 and there were two men at the counter. One of them said all of their technicians were at lunch and they couldn't help me. Really? I bet one of them could've done it for me, or even offered to let me do it on my own. Nope. Sent me on my way. The one star is for past service which has always been good.
