Jarrett was very good to talk to. I wish they had the exact car I wanted Charger (Orange) with blackout package but only 1 dealer in Ky. Had what I wanted. But the only R/T's that I seen were here at Wetzel and that gave me the opportunity to see the differences. Good guy to buy from I'm sure and he has a real enthusiasm for the car and others on the lot.
Bryce, Randy, Jason, and a couple other store associates helped me find a new car that I absolutely love. They said they were going to do something and did it they did not steer me in the wrong direction and assured me they would get me a car that I loved. They were absolutely amazing and they deserve a raise. If you go to this car lot Bryce and Randy are the 2 you should meet first for your car buying needs.
Purchased a Jeep in May of 2020, my dad also purchased a van in 2017 or 2018 (I believe) from Wetzel. Today we learned we both purchased from the same person when we pulled in to the parking lot due to a flat tire and the guy who sold us our vehicles came out and offered to help. I've been taking vehicles here for years and I might never go elsewhere! Tom, Spencer and Moe have always treated me super great! Spencer's Integrity in the service department is unmatched! And Moe is so helpful at finding what I need and giving helpful hints! If there ever is a problem they always make it right!
