The receptionist interrupts you and will not listen to you. Dr. Ann is amazing but when I had a problem the receptionist would not believe me when it was an emergency for my daughter.

Absolutely do not take your children here. There are much better doctors in the area that actually care about their patients rather than pushing unnecessary vaccines and treatments.

The front desk staff could be better but the doctors (specifically Kathleen) and nurses go above and beyond.
