My girlfriend lived here for a year. Never caused any trouble. The bathtub had been painted with cheap paint that pealed. Light bulbs had to be replaced when first moving in. She dealt with neighbors smoking marijuana. Loud music at night time. Creaking floors. Leaky sinks that took months for maintenance to repair. Grass and bushes were not cut regularly.
