I had my BIS fireplace inspected by Michael. He was responsive to messages, very professional and had availabilities the same day we called for having an inspection, and had a report in hand the following day for my insurance company. It was a pleasure working with this company and I recommend it to anyone looking for a WETT inspection report for their wood stove/fireplace.
Micheal is a knowledgable, helpful, and a down to earth guy. He was glad to give me time on the phone and even sent me a manual to better help me out. Highly recommended as an inspector and helpful guide when it comes to everything fireplaces.
Came in impeccable timing! Certified our pellet stove and gave a helpful recommendation. He even looked at our wood stove for no charge and gave some suggestions for it. He was timely, talked plain English and we had the report back for our insurance the next day - a Saturday at that! 5/5 recommend.
Best experience. Michael came the next day since he had some room in his schedule. It was impossible for me to find someone to give me a WETT certificate that wasn't booking weeks out. He's excellent at what he does, informative, and great turn around time. Nothing but excellent things to say. So grateful. Thank you again!!!
