I've been a patient for many years and they've been excellent in getting me back up and running (literally). Never had a bad experience here and the ratings for here and the Westminster clinic shouldn't scare you. Dr. Pizarro, the assistant, and the front desk (sorry I don't remember their names) were all great.
1st visit there, front end staff were discussing a patient including her name in unprofessional terms and then got rude with her and her Mom when they arrived. Medical care was subpar at best. Tests not performed but documented. Waited long time for test results. No call back until I had to get more assertive. We changed to MedStar for wound care and have seen how a practice should be run. UPDATE. TRUE TO FORM, NO RESPONSE ON REVIEW. THATS THE WAY THE 2 VISITS WENT, 1 IN ELDERSBURG AND THEN IN OWINGS MILLS. HORRIBLE.

Been going here for years. They are quick getting me appointments, staff is nice and they help my feet feel great.
They don't answer their phones and when they do its with a very unfriendly "please hold" followed by an indefinite wait (I hung-up after 20mins) This has been day 3 of trying to make an appointment.
