I received the bill from this company and was trying to explain that we received the bill in error. Our neighbor broke a sprinkler and called Wetland to fix it. I got the bill. The woman answered my call and told me that they will put a lien on the house if I don't pay the bill and hung up on me. What a rude and unprofessional that was!
As always, Wetland showed up on time and completed the work under budget. We appreciate the hard work and commitment to customer service.
I highly recommend Wetland Irrigation. Mike (hands on owner) always responds to my texts within 24 hours and the work is done in a timely manner. After having some work done I received an alert from the water company and thought I may have a leak. I called Mike and he responded immediately. Fortunately, all was good. After multiple attempts of calling and calling and calling, somebody came to the house for a price quote. Then never returned any more phone calls, nor did they pick up the phone or send me a written quote. Very very unprofessional and very, very not responsive I would not call this company for anything.
I highly recommend Wetland Irrigation. Mike is a hands on owner and he and his team are very professional and responsive.
