we are using this keyboard with a HAAS. the machinist's hands get oily very quickly. we were using standard keyboards and they would only last about a week or so...this keyboard seems to be heavier - very well built - and so far no issues. it doesn't seem to be effected by the oil and it also cleans easily.
They have good customer service and the products are good. The downfall is the back of the mouse often breaks (where the batteries are held) we have had to replace many mice for this and the keyboard is difficult to type without having some typos. Only due to the fact that it is flat so you don't have the texture of the keys. the products are very wipe-able and clean which is perfect for our dental office.
