I'm still in the early stages of owning these. The order process was fairly easy once I established communication. I bought one prior to test for a few weeks and it seemed to do OK with the staff, so I added 14, one for each operatory and the xray rooms. we are using this keyboard with a HAAS. the machinist's hands get oily very quickly. we were using standard keyboards and they would only last about a week or so...this keyboard seems to be heavier - very well built - and so far no issues. it doesn't seem to be effected by the oil and it also cleans easily.
