I took the She Strength class and it was such a fun and empowering experience! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to move, learn, and feel powerful!
I'm extremely grateful for this school and Matt Allen the coach!!! An absolutely excellent place to train with a coach that's truly is committed to your overall betterment and development!!! If you're interested in Capoeira at all there's no better place to go!!! If you really want to challenge yourself to achieve more there's no better place to go. Come through for a first time free class and see if you can survive!
