My car wasn't dried completely. Garbage wasn't emptied out. There was nothing shiny about the tire shine. And don't even get me started on the vacuuming job! Pretty shitty when you pay over 20 bucks for their SURPREME package and you have to go home and do it all over yourself! I keep telling myself to wuit going back there but it sucks when this is the only full service car wash in town! Very unhappy with my experinces with this place!!

My experience this time was ridiculous. Had streaks all over my truck, they missed have the hood, n tire shine well that was shitty to.
I've always had great service when taking my vehicles here to get washed and have always been pleased with the results. Never been dissatisfied going here.
This place is a JOKE! Would Not recommend this place to any one! My husband went in to have his truck waxed and buffed last week. One side was done well and the other side had buffed/scratched through the paint in multiple spots. This service cost $100. Although they repaired to get our truck after THEY CAUSED THE DAMAGE, they thought it was still okay to charge the full $100. We paid for someone to literally scratch our vehicle up... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!
If you want your new truck scratched and then be told they didn't do it this is the place to go. I won't be back!
It's a great option if you don't want to wash your car yourself. However I've been there 4 times and Ive never been 100% satisfied. I always end up finding something I don't like like spots under the back wind shield wiper where it wasn't cleaned, or steaks in the windows. One time I went and my third row wasn't even cleaned the floor still had dirt. If I tell them when I'm there they fix it right away and apologize but you shouldn't have to say anything. I'll continue to go since it's the only full service car wash in town ... read more
