Love this bar! It's a fantastic bar. The perfect place to run to in the middle of the day (hey, we were on vacation!) or to kick-start the night out. Right across from the beach and the frozen drinks are delicious. You can watch the crowd from the open upstairs, which is great for people watchers like me.
Strong drinks Wet Willie's has some really strong frozen slushie-type drinks - very good stuff! You can take them in a "to go" cup and walk around the downtown area, too. One drink was enough for me!
slushies for the grown folks Wet Willie's is a great tourist bar - especially since it is a chain. It's a must on River Street - everyone can use an alcoholic slushie. In fact everyone needs an alcoholic slushie to be able to stand the cheesy music and cheesier decor - the mirror wall, the checkered floor, the airbrushed mural.

Superb . . . Prepare yourself for a long line from March-October!!! The great part about this location is, it fits in so well with the environment but doesn't add overkill by having a live band.
BEST FROZEN DRINKS EVER!!!!!!! WET WILLIES has the best frozen drinks. The Superman (Call a Cab mixed with Shock Treatment) will have you twisted! Their frozen apple mixed with call a cab is real good too. These drinks sneak up on you too. After 2 call a cabs, your done. I heard the food is good too but I only go for the drinks.
Wet Willies should be a better place for teens! I wouldn't recommend it b/c I think 18+ an up should be able to get in at least on saturday nights like city bar lets 18+ get in. They would make so much more money but they want to be all strict. If we can fight for war then we should be allowed in a bar!
Wonderful daquri bar!!! Ok...if you are looking to have a good time in Savannah, head to Wet Willies to get you started! A large Call A Cab will sure get you on your way! Their drinks are STRONG, and yummy! They take cash only, though, so be prepared. They don't have much of a selection besides their frozen specialties, so if you aren't into that this might not be your place. You can always stop by and those who want one can get one to go! Always nice on a hot summer day/night in Savannah!
VERY festive! I LOVE this place! Wet Willies has some very yummy frozen drinks (White Trash and Sex on the Beach are my favs) and a unique atmosphere. They have great music and plenty of room for dancing. There is even a little platform for girls to dance on (guys may be allowed up there too, but I only saw girls.) Their drinks are in plastic Wet Willies cups, so it is not uncommon to see adults on the carriage tours enjoying one on their tours!
