Honestly if I could leave NO stars I would. Horrible customer service. Might as well have a no return policy with the hassle it is to return anything. Bought something 15 minutes prior, got down the road and realized I had the wrong thing. Went straight back to return it with the original receipt and after waiting 15 more mins the “manager” tried to play they “this is used so we can not refund” card! Over priced. RecommendedThey are so helpful there ! I tried all last year and NEVER got my pool water very clear. This year I went in w a sample and Landa and the crew told me everything I needed and the steps to clear it. BAM crystal clear all summer. Highly recommend them.
