I attempted to order my granddaughter Christmas gifts from Wet Seal. In very large print on the Wet Seal web site they offers FREE upgrade to 2nd day Shipping during the Christmas Holiday. Additionally, if you spend $40.00, regular shipping is FREE. The web site even solicits more shopping to get you at the $40 cut-off. I did meet the $40 cut-off, and the web site still wanted to charge for 2nd day shipping. Called Wet Seal and the rep, Alicia, said I still did have to pay for shipping. I don't like wet seal because I work there for a month and it's been almost 2 months and I still have yet received my pay and they are not answering the phone for my store ... I quit because I was not working for free .. I'm getting ready to see wet seal.
I ordered some things on august 2nd for a vacation. The order stated 5-7 business days. Now im being told a additional 14 days because its being shipped to hawaii! I have been in hawaii for 1 1/2 years and have ordered alot of items from different companies and also had things sent to me from the east coast and none of which has never taken this long to arrive to me!
