I have waited all summer for WET to come fix any pool. I called 6 times with no anserw and NO return phone call that they said I would get. I finally get a phone call today Sept 23 saying they just don't have the time to fix it. REALLY...... you sold me this pool and now you won't fix it????? DONT BUY from WET they won't service or call back! POOR SERVICE! or should I say NO SERVICE
Doug responded to an urgent call HIMSELF last evening and likely saved the pool. Sump Pump beneath the pool failed and the water was very high. I called, and he came out and replaced it IMMEDIATELY. could have been devastating. GREAT Service!

Just needed to let you know that after waiting 3 months for you to service my hot tub, I no longer need your service. You never return calls in a timely manner, if at all, and I do not appreciate your endless excuse that the service call "will be in 2 or 3 weeks". Fortunately, there is another company in town that was happy get my tub working. I was patient and understanding and you totally screwed me over. I need the tub for medical reasons and I thought of you often as the tub sat, unusable. Thanks for caring.
Our pool went up today. The four workers were very friendly, professional, and worked really hard. They explained everything to me and were very thorough.
I don't like to give this rating but I also want people to know so it don't happen to them.....Took a month to get a return phone call back. Then set up a visit from them for a no call no show to occur. Ordered a filter & they got the wrong one in then they say we can't get those filters at all. Spent hundreds more dollars then usual upkeep to get a green pool with no help.
