My feller and I drive from Pauls Valley once a week to visit Wet Pets. We are literally always treated immediately with so much help and kindness. Every employee has been knowledgeable and ready to help us. They never treat our questions like a bother and are happy to stop and talk about our concerns and worries as first time marine tank owners. We have recently started a 30 gallon reef tank after our aquarium got fully acclimated. We travel about 45 minutes to Wet Pets by Steve we have a great time every time we go the staff is friendly and helpful. The Fisher always healthy in the water always looks clean I definitely recommend shopping for fish here great place. Definitely plan on going back.

Wonderful selection and a very knowledgable and helpful staff. I love that they educate and advise you instead of just trying to sell you things that you may not need. We have been using them for ALL of our aquarium needs for years. No complaints.
Couldn't have found a better then this, they are right at the door ready to help you with what ever you need.
We drive from Yukon to shop here and yesterday, the store was quite busy when we came in. We looked at the fish, picked up our supplies and discussed the fish deciding what we were going to get. But had questions. Again they were busy and all employees were busy so we decided to just purchase our supplies and come back another day. However the guy who got freed up to check us out, took the time to answer our questions and bag the fish we needed. I love this place! I do the majority of all my business here! I come in monthly and never leave without something! Steve and his Staff are very friendly and very helpful! If they don't Hasbrouck what I'm looking for, they do their best to find it for me. I highly recommend them to all my fellow aquatic peers!
Wow! Talk about crappy service and customer service. My daughter brought a 2.5 gallon take along with some supplies and a beta fish on Thursday, 1/29/16 and on Monday, 1/2/17 the fish was dead. They tested our water, which was fine and said the fish had a bacterial infection, so she brought stuff to help that and it died. Of course they blame her. Won't issue a guarantee or refund on anything since it's been used. Would NOT recommend Wet Pets to anyone and beware, as they don't support their fish or their customers. Very dis... read more
