My husband and myself are very happy with all the extensive work that Wet Basements did in our home. Nik was very prompt in coming out to do a quote and in explaining to us exactly what they do and how they do it. In addition he was able to provide a brochure and reference on line videos. Team was excellent and completed the work in just one day. Excavated sump pit, installed pump and wrapped the basement. Thorough, fast and very responsive.
I submitted a request for information on encapsulating my basement crawl space, I received a callback within minutes and had Mark come by and provide a quote later that afternoon. The work took 1 day to complete and we look forward to better air quality for years to come. The entire team was professional and work was meticulous and clean.
