I’m really disappointed with my experience at Westin Bay Nail Salon. The nail technician didn’t listen to what I was asking for, and the final result was not what I wanted at all. When you go to a nail salon, you expect to leave feeling happy with your nails and confident in the service you paid for, but unfortunately I did not like the results at all. Worst experience! My nails broke the next day and my nails were on fire every time I wash my hands from the file scratches! Wouldn’t recommend it ! I included a picture of the Service receipt to prove it was your location!

I have visited this salon off and on since they opened. Sometimes they are great other times not so much. I believe in tipping very well because although this is not hard labor, I am appreciative of care and service. I wanted to make this my salon of choice, unfortunately I will never darken their doors again. I walked out today without getting my services. When I arrived, all the chairs were full. It was great! The young lady who cleaned and massaged my feet was gentle and thorough. She took that I was ticklish very well too 😂 The man who painted my toes was precise and quick. Both them and the rest of the staff were very friendly and attentive, and my feet look so pretty!

I got my nails done here on a Thursday, he did a very detailed job and it came out how I liked. Within the very next Wednesday my pointer and middle finger nail was bending and on my left hand if I scratched my head hair would get into the nail part closest to the cuticle. I was very disappointed that the quality was not as good as the presentation. My toes which were done and got gel still look amazing. So I will never get a set of nails done here again. I would go for a pedicure though.
