I’ve been a customer for 14 years. I closed my storage today. I have to say my experience has been nothing but positive. From the amazing and caring customer service. Whenever I called the professionalism was up there in a 10. Jackie and Rose from the Tuckahoe location always helpful and courteous. Even offering bottles of water as they watched myself up and down with boxes and bins. The place was always well lit and clean. I feel as if they were family.
