Great service. They honor the 2 year lock in price. I had a unit for 3 years. Never a problem or hidden fee. Everyone is pleasant and courteous. They was leak which cause ceiling tiles to fall. They contact me to let me know, fixed the tiles, and the damaged items they worked with me to replace or give pay a reasonable replacement cost. Only draw backing, if you are loving for a 24 hour facility, they are not. I recommend this facility with my eyes closed.
