Thank you for many years of professional, clean and wonderful customer service!
Great location and the staff are lovely!
I was very impressed by the facility and the very nice, accommodating and helpful staff!
Had a unit at West in Chatham for 15 months and it was, by far, the best storage experience we've had. No trick pricing, no price increases, Allie and the team were always there to answer questions and they actually remembered our names. Facility is beautiful, spotless, safe and elevators always worked. Actually miss going there.
Have used the locker for over a year. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Had a POD delivered to empty out and the were very pleasant to the POD driver as well. Would highly recommend them.
