The staff (especially Susan H.) were all extremely helpful in getting me signed up with what I needed and in getting around in what seemed to me a maze but made sense with their help.

Our first time renting a storage unit as we transitioned to a smaller home that we had to remodel before moving in. The staff couldn’t be any nicer. The facilities were always clean, well lit and safe. They allowed us to use their moving truck (which is brand new) for free the first time and for a nominal fee each time after that. So convenient!
