I read the positive reviews and was very hopeful regarding the process. Unfortunately it looks like most of the positive reviews are for Oliver, and I ended up being in contact with Gisele. Trying to get any communication was extremely difficult. I hope other people have a more positive experience. I also hope for your sake that you get Oliver.
The customer service received by Oliver has been top notch. I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is quick to reply and professional. Thank you for making my move so easy and stress free. Oliver has also been quick to help solve any issues that have come up since moving into my new home.
