Avoid. For years, the Board has met in secret, releasing only tiny "minutes" that look more like "seconds." No account of who said what or took what position. Had a major loss in a ADA/PA Human Rights failure that cost the Association massive amounts of money due to the Board's arrogance. Sub-standard siding efforts a decade or more ago are now causing problems that will quite possibly escalate into major repairs (you can see the patchy paint on the repairs if you drive around). Glad to be outta there.
I was visiting. Seems to be a happy retirement place.
