Came through and resolved a hot water issue the same day, and has been great with the follow-up. Can't fault the service from Jake at all.
We had an emergency hot water and shower repairs over the weekend and Jake was the only plumber out of 4 we called that was able to answered our call for urgent help. He attended to our emergency promptly same day and completed all work with total professionalism. We highly recommend his plumbing company and his tiling colleague. Very fair with his pricing.
