Terrible place. Conspiring with another SCAM towing company to tow my new car with no notifications and charged me over 200 bucks to get the car back, even though I have the visitor’s permit and park in one of those rare parking spaces for visitors. Just because under the visitor’s sign there’s a tiny ambiguous appendix said it’s for pool management. There’re so many parking spaces along the way unoccupied, with no HoA, not reserved, but can’t be used by visitors. Outrageous. Never want to go there again.

Unreasonable and irrational management; farcical "board" that is only interested in making money off of tenants and is never helpful on genuine issues that residents face. Location is good but that is about the only good thing about it. Its like living in a jail.... Unfortunately locked into a long term lease and cannot get out; would have left long ago otherwise
