If you have pets, DO NOT live here. I cannot emphasize that enough. If you lose your beloved pet, the Westwood Village Condominium Unit Owners Association will do everything in their power to ensure your pet stays lost. They say they are "pet friendly", but when you lose your dog or cat, the board members DO NOT care about the actual residents and the trauma they are going through. One of the worst HOA’s. Extremely ineffective and greedy!
Terrible place. Conspiring with another SCAM towing company to tow my new car with no notifications and charged me over 200 bucks to get the car back, even though I have the visitor’s permit and park in one of those rare parking spaces for visitors. Just because under the visitor’s sign there’s a tiny ambiguous appendix said it’s for pool management. There’re so many parking spaces along the way unoccupied, with no HoA, not reserved, but can’t be used by visitors. Outrageous. Never want to go there again.
