Lived here for 9 months and loved it. The apartment was bigger than usual for the price in Oceanside. Very quiet complex, I worked from home and was always quiet. Tony, the manager and the staff are great! Very helpful and friendly and always helped out with any concerns quickly. The pool is a good size and location is close to everything you need including the beach and 5 fwy. I enjoyed living here, was only here for 9 months bc we had always planned on moving out of the state in July 2024 but would definitely come back. 6 ... read more

Tranquilo y hermoso
We’ve been here close to 5 yrs. We literally have nothing bad to say about the apartment, the grounds, parking or the manager! Spacious apt, it has a tropical feel when you’re BBQing on the patio. Tony, the manager is a sweetheart and is quick to act if you have an issue. Fabian, the maintenance guy is on duty 5 days a week and is is happy to help you with anything. We are at home here, the only reason we would leave is when we buy our own home.
Tony is a good landlord
