This has been the location my parents have lived for about 15 years. Over this time I have visited regularly, typically at least once a week. The park is nice and tidy with many residents that care about their lot. My primary issue that prompted this is about money. I have watched my parents lot rent double, then triple, and keep going up. If I could give it (Zero) stars I would. The activities Director for the clubhouse Larry Young thinks that he is the police he’s verbally abusive and threatened to have you kicked out of the community. However, he has no such power extremely rude, talks down to people and cusses in front of adults and children.
Nice and quiet. Very friendly neighbors.
