Clean, Smoke Free, affordable and spacious apartments for rent. We are fast at repairing any maintenance issues. We are very professional and try our best to return calls the same day. We provide emergency maintenance to all of our tenants. We work with our tenants when life throws them a curve ball. We have tenants from college students to elderly persons in our apartments and try to accommodate everyone the best we can. Our apartments are located in a safe, family friendly setting. These buildings are incredibly out of date and not maintained. Even with a dehumidifier constantly running, we couldn't get rid of the mold that grew in the spare bedroom. The complex also refused to do anything about a loud neighbor, even though the lease outlines a method of written warnings and fines. It was worse than living in the college dorms.
RecommendedVery nice staff and they keep the ground clean and kept up. Apartments are nice and clean.
