Terrible management, makes mistakes and doesn't communicate no matter how often you try to reach out.
We have been here since March, in a “brand new” apartment. We have had several issues, AC motor blew, Shower leaked into kitchen and into the walls, dishwasher stopped working. On top of the issues you need to be on top of the maintenance staff to fix anything. If you don’t complain, nothing gets accomplished. Price is way too high and not secure, no gate, no guards.
