If you want to live in a place managed by people truly cold-hearted, this is it. They took an entire month just to “decide” that fixing a tiny crack in the sink would cost $375. Not Family-Friendly – Strong Marijuana Smell, Management Does Nothing！ If you care about your family’s health, especially if you have kids, stay away from this place. The buildings at Fairfield Jericho Townhomes are not smoke-free. Marijuana smoke constantly drifts into the apartments and common areas. I filed a complaint, and management replied that since marijuana is legal in New York, they will not prohibit it. When we need service for laundry they don’t answer for a long time
As with many other residents to here, it is really frustrating to deal with management and especially the office staff looking after maintenance once your lease is signed. Beware of signing up as the price you pay and the service you get is disproportionate. It has been nearly a month now and my maintenance request has been opened and nothing has been done.
