If you want to live in a place managed by people truly cold-hearted, this is it. They took an entire month just to “decide” that fixing a tiny crack in the sink would cost $375. Because of their endless delay, the sink became severely damaged and moldy. We were forced to clean around the disgusting mess every day until someone got hurt. Not Family-Friendly – Strong Marijuana Smell, Management Does Nothing！ If you care about your family’s health, especially if you have kids, stay away from this place. The buildings at Fairfield Jericho Townhomes are not smoke-free. Marijuana smoke constantly drifts into the apartments and common areas. I filed a complaint, and management replied that since marijuana is legal in New York, they will not prohibit it.
