If I could I would give the managers here 10 stars. They went above and beyond helping me get into a great place very quickly when I was in a pinch. Im very satisfied with the service there and for the price of 750 for a 2 bedroom you can t loos. These apartments are huge and everyone is very friendly. Its like the kindness from management trickled down to the residence. Seriously best overall deal in town if your looking for a nice place at affordable pricing.
Me and my wife and our daughter have lived her for about 3 years. We love the apartments are pretty big compared to a and other apartments around Waco. The price for the apartments are very responsible. We have an emotional service dog here and it was no problem with our apartments. The landlord is very awesome we love her. We love it here but now that we are leaving we’re sad but we would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a place in waco to live. Sincerely the Hokes!
