My fiancée and I stopped by because we were apartment hunting. We were greeted by Francis. She’s super sweet and helpful. She answered all our questions and let us view the apartment we selected. The process was easy and smooth. The apartment itself was in great condition before moving in.
Francis was super kind and helpful and walked us through the step by step process.
It was Madison square when I lived there and the pools were filthy and closed for God knows how long. When I moved out. I cleaned from top to bottom(still have pics of the refrigerator) and they took my deposit and added another 700 in fees. They stay scamming.
Office personnel always helpful and ready to help. Any issues with the apartment get fixed by the next day.
