Honestly this is my first apartment and the people are really sweet never rude to answer any questions, Martin (maintenance) Fixes any issue we have right away!!
We have lived here since 2016. This complex is a safe and convenient environment . Francis Salmeron is always very friendly, respectful and ready to help you in anything you may need, Martin Chavira is also very nice and respectful. Any maintenance you require is done on a timely manner. I recommend this property 💯 %.
Guao un domingo que sería para descansar ha sido terrible, el ruido ocasionado en el apto de arriba es increíble; yo entiendo que deben realizarse reparaciones y esas cosas, pero UN DOMINGO? Por favor uno pretende descansar y con esa golpeadera nadie puede. Entre otra cosas que están mal, uno pide que arreglen algo y no hay una pronta respuesta, uno termina reparando lo que se puede y lo que no pues no se puede usar y ya; y más cosas que ni voy a tomarme el tiempo de hablar, las lavadoras manchan la ropa que mal de verdad. These folks have been great. Only moving because I'm leaving the area. I couldn't ask for a nicer and more responsive apartment manager. Although I haven't needed to call maintenance, he's also very nice and attentive.
I like it here already. Great communication, good management, clean apartment, and etc. Thanks to Francis and Martin for everything, can’t wait to get settled in!
