I rented a condo at ubc, the home was well maintained, it’s much more pleasant dealing with professional property managers than home owners. My ac was down and they took care of it promptly. My move out went smoothly and got my damage deposit back right away.
I had an excellent experience with the team at Westwood Ridge, particularly with Dextor and JB. As newcomers to Vancouver, their support meant a lot to us. Dextor showed us several great options and patiently answered all of our questions. His supportive attitude made the process much smoother. JB was incredibly responsive in addressing our concerns, such as helping with a bathroom hanger issue. His quick assistance made our life much easier as we settled in. My family and I have recently rented a condo in a newly built building and the experience with this company has been excellent. In particular, I dealt with property manager Ms. Acheson. Her timely communication, friendliness and professionalism could not be better. She takes the time to make sure that everything is taken care of right away and that building communications are promptly sent out. Definitely +5 stars!
So there were just some minor issues at the beginning but they handled them in a timely manner. Good job Westwood!
