Dear Westwood Residential, As a current resident at one of your Dallas communities, I wanted to share a suggestion that I believe would greatly improve the resident experience. Now that it’s 2026, it would be incredibly helpful if the resident portal supported rent payments by debit and credit card. Look elsewhere!!!! The Grove in Crossroads is not it. At first it was a great place to live. The front office was helpful and courteous with any problems or issues that the tenants had. The previous manager was Christine. New manager is Kim and was not a good move for Westwood Residential the management company. Additionally , they do not notify appropriately of lease renewal.
