The emergency exit door at Broadstone 5151 has been broken multiple times over the past few months and still isn’t fixed—despite management calling it a “priority.” This is a clear violation of Texas habitability laws. Fire alarms go off constantly, cars have been broken into, and a cyclist was hit leaving the garage due to poor visibility. Other residents have shared the same concerns. I’ve escalated this to corporate. Until then—rent at your own risk.
I am a Resident of the Altitude Apartments in Renton WA, I have been living here for 4 months. Before moving here I was a diligent monthly paying resident for 5 years at one of the other Apartment Complexes owned and managed by Westwood Residental. My living experience at Lexington Heights was absolutely sub standard because of the poor and unprofessional Office Management there.
