As a property owner, I can say that we gave these guys more than a fair chance, but after the first owners stole the security deposit and left, now the second owners are making decisions without our consent, continuously charging fees for things we did not authorize, and in the end we have lost thousands of dollars, I can say with confidence that you should find another property management company.
We lived in one of their units for a year with no problems. When we moved out, it took almost 3 months to get our security deposit back and the only reason we got it, was because I called a couple times to let them know that we hadn't received it. Once we finally received it, there were a couple hundred dollars worth of "damages" that had been deducted.
