Contracted to install an appliance from an LG.com order. Did not show for the appointment, and attempted to call 3 times during the day without receiving a response. Update: I received a call the next day, where the owner swore to me that he was not aware of the installation. I wasn't offered any discount in services, but they did come out a day late to complete the install. Installer did a good job, just wish it would of happened when I scheduled it.
They were very busy the day we needed help. Water heater was leaking and we had no hot water. The owner Ron made the house call 60 miles one way. Very easy going and friendly. Removed old tank and installed new one in just over 1 hour. Laid out cloths and card board all along the way and we had not one bit of mess. Great job and highly recommend this company.
