Me and my Mom have been living at the Avery for the better part of a year and let me tell you the landlord is amazing she makes sure maintenance requests get done properly and on time the lawn and parking lots are always clean and kept up the landlord herself is also very friendly and helpful overall The Avery is 10/10 for me
We just recently moved in and everything so far is great!! Peaceful and quiet ( just howni like it) We had one Lil minor issue but was fixed ASAP! Management and staff are both easy to contact and very friendly!!
I just moved here and I absolutely love it. It’s very quiet and every one is nice. The staff is very sweet and supportive. Any questions you have they are there so fast. We love it here and thank you for welcoming us.
The community manager, is really sweet and helpful she’s understanding and compassionate! Apartment building are nice and renovated, property is quiet and clean
Very peaceful very clean environment the rent very reasonable I do wish they have a play ground for the kids to play. I love my neighbors very friendly.
