Management is awesome! The townhome feels like home!! I did and will recommend this place to stay!
I've been here since 2018 and have always had good things say about it. Maintenance is always on time. They explain the issues going on with anything that breaks. Property manager is very understanding and promises to get the work done.
If I can give this apartment complex ZERO stars I deff would! First off, management SUCKS. When you have issues with your apartment and make a maintenance request, it’ll take FOREVER for them to come fix it. Washer and dryers are legit DISGUSTING!! Doesn’t work properly. People have their dogs shit in your yard and don’t pick it up! It’s FILTHY. The place especially our house was great The Manager Ms Anisha is so kind & approachable.
When we first rented here it wasn’t that great due to management but the new landlady does a great job at responding to concerns and complaints .the last landlords gave the place a bad reflection will continue to rent as long as she is the land lady
