Been here about 7mths really was last minute and just needed something decent to live around town. It was really good in the beginning but we had to move from our old condo and this was next best thing or so i thought. Old management was ok, never had issues with her, i am always at work so i barely be home but when new management took over beginning of this year it was still fairly decent. If you don’t like living here move out! It’s that simple! The bashing of these apartments is crazy! I clean the laundry room every weekend while washing and drying my clothes. It’s grown folks that destroy it! Washers and dryers are broke due to tenants not the manager or maintenance! Why should they continue to fix things people just destroy? Y’all want nice things and complain about rent going up how else you expect to fix the stuff tenants destroy!
My granda daughter has lived in this complex for a year. She has had damage since the last torrential rain, which now has mold in ceiling above my grandsons bed. They all 3 sleep in one bedroom but still pay for 2bedrooms.. This complex is the pitts! Now the ac went out and she is waiting for the new unit! They are sleeping downstairs on the sofa.
