We have been living here for just about 2 months and we love it! It’s quiet, the office personnel are all very accommodating. The maintenance guys are very quick to fix any issues. I would personally like an updated doorbell to be louder. Our unit is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 story. The cabinet space is a bit small for the size of the home but nothing we can’t work with. Lived here for 6 months. I can say the maintenance guys were extremely helpful and quick to assist. The fact that I know this tells you that several things broke. We got a 2 bed 2 bath town home and rented a refrigerator. When we showed up to move in there was no refrigerator and it took them 3 days to get one for us. The workout room was small but nice until the treadmill broke 4 months into our stay. I checked a month after it was reported to them and it was still broken.
