don't be fooled I have lived here since 1991 and it has been a great place until 2017 when new management took it over. the new management is called clear Trail real estate. the grounds is not taken care of and there is no service for any needs you may have. when you pay your rent they don't even have the professionalism to give you a written receipt. this place is going downhill because they simply just do not care!

RecommendedWestwood is one of the quietest communities I have seen by far and they will do all they can to make sure you are satisfied.
wost trailer park ever horrible manager ive had a busted screen door due to a rock flying out of their lawn mower for over 4 months now and she refuses to do anything about it
Worst fucking place to live. They try to fine you for every little fucking thing you do. Never fix things on time when you tell them that something needs to be fixed. Make you wait for months before they even get to it to fix it. I could make a list of all the bullshit that goes on in this trailer park. Glad I don't live there no more. If you're looking for a place to live Westwood is not the place for you.
STAY AWAY. IT IS GOING DOWN HILL FAST . YOU HAVE PEOPLE THAT OWN IT NOW THAT DO NOT CARE . WE HAVE SOME STREET LIGHT THAT ARE OUT , WE HAVE TOLD THE FRONT OFFICE ABOUT 5 TIMES ABOUT THEM THEY ARE STILL NOT FIXED .
They want their rent on time but never fix anything....Then tell you tht you have to keep reminding them to fix what's wrong...Why should I have to keep reminding ppl to do their job.....READY TO RELOCATE....
I've lived here since 94 this place has went to slum got drug dealers,drunks,crooks all up in here and all the park cares about is ripping people off with lot rent there's alot of crooked shit going on with park management can't wait til the day comes I can move out this place this place is worse now then ever looking to move from here real soon thank god
