I lived here & it was okay. They don’t keep up on paperwork. I’ve been waiting on my security deposit for over a month now. I call & they claim it’s coming but still nothing. Do not recommend living here because they also raise the lot rent a lot & it’s currently high.
Recommendedvery clean and Every body seem to be nice
New owners immediately raise rent so they can bring in all these new trailers. However when winter snow and ice hits, we are all skating trying to get out of the park. They haven't salted the streets these last two times it's snowed. But boy the sidewalk around the office sure does. Absolutely wrong. But hey we live "in the nicest community in the area".
Such a Wonderful experience ! Everyone is friendly and welcoming !
