First let me say that this is not about the people at Westwood Metes & Bounds, the ones I met were all very nice. This is about policy. I went there in earnest to list my rental and basically it was all about the commission. "I need to to get compensated for my/the companies time". They wanted 10% of the gross, I negotiated down to 5%. However, that meant if another broker found a client & wanted to show the unit the other guy gets nothing. WM&B gets 5 % for listing?
