I"m beyond frustrated by my experience here today. I was scheduled for a mammogram by my doctor a few weeks ago. My first appointment was rescheduled by Westwood. The day before my rescheduled appointment, I had a voicemail on my phone from when I was at work asking about any previous medical records. I tried to contact the company that had done my most recent mammogram, but they had no record. I was NOT informed that I would be wasting my time going to my scheduled appt. the next day.
