Shame on Westwood. My cat went downhill and needed to be seen for potential euthanasia. We called at 8am and no one ever called us back. We finally ahold of someone and they said they would get back with us. 4 hours went by before we heard anything and even then they didn't really seem to care. We ended up going elsewhere.
