Grandmother didn't even stay 24 hours. We yanked her out of there immediately. Beds have no railing. Short on walkers. She rung the bell for assistance to use the bathroom as she was there for rehab and couldnt walk. they didn't come for an hour and a half. By then she already had an accident. Once she told them that the employee said okay, turned off the light/bell and left. Just left her there. Breakfast didn't come until 940am. Cheap rubber pancakes.
