The new property manager Holly seems like the is trying to make a change but I think this place too far gone. I would not recommend living here.There's a monthly parking fee for residents yet there are residents here that park in the visitors parking so they don't have to pay the monthly parking fee, there are vehicles on the property that have expired plates or no plates at all, vehicles that are broken down, and vehicles with no parking passes.
