Westwood kept our security deposit of about $1600 in 2025. We were a tenant in the shopping center for 30 years and our space was immaculate. Westwood bought the shopping center in Jan 2025. Two months later, and with about a week's notice, they would not renew the lease. We employed several workers to clear and clean the space, thoroughly.
