Great staff, very knowledgeable, helped me out alot.
Dr Riley reviewed the XRay of my left knee with me and explained the issue. There was nothing he could do chiropracticly. I would definitely continue at Westwood Family Chiropractic in the future if I needed chiropractic support. All the staff members are friendly and helpful and the centre is family and pet friendly. Great experience overall.

Although the clinic can be busy at times, the staff have always been attentive and friendly…I think the spinal decompression has been a major benefit and my mobility continues to improve. So grateful for Westwood Chiropractic and Dr. Riley Klassen.
I am incredibly frustrated with the administrative and financial management at Westwood Family Chiropractic. While the actual chiropractic care might be the focus of the clinic, the staff responsible for tasks like communication and billing are in desperate need of retraining. I repeatedly dealt with blatant billing errors, including being charged for services I never received.
