I just moved into this building, and I had some window issues, but the property manager and maintenance team were super nice about my last-minute request and totally took care of it.
The building's a bit old but has all the basic amenities and the property management keeps it in good shape, and they're easy to get a hold of and usually fix problems fast.
Major garbage everywhere. Kids play outside it looks disgusting and is a safety hazard. Broken glass everywhere outside. Already called to report but no changes have come of it.
I tried to buy something off facebook market place here and noticed garbage and uncleanliness around the area I feel sorry for those that live here
