Terrible doesn’t cover the experience of living in this neighborhood. Make sure you drive around AFTER a heavy rain before you think about buying in this community. HOA are egomaniacs spending like drunken sailors. It’s a good ole’ boy system in Westwood Estates; you can’t see it until you it’s too late.
