Recommendedthe best in town for all needs
I called 8 cleaners closer to my house and downtown and they all either turned me down or even laughed at my request for two shirts and a pair of pants for a wedding the next day. Westwood not only said no problem, but they were amazingly friendly and gave me a better price than any of the other places who couldn’t even help me anyways. Smiling, courteous and SO personable the guys had me in and out of there in minutes with a wave and well wishes. Even recognized me and remembered my order right away. I love this dry cleaners. I have been going here for years. The family that owns it are wonderful people - extremely friendly and helpful. They are very reasonably priced and my clothes are always cleaned perfectly. I also have never once had a problem with my clothes not being ready on time.
I've had a couple clothing items cleaned by them and it was great. But this time, I had my winter jacket cleaned since it had a few stains. However after getting back my jacket, it has visibly shrunk, making it very uncomfortable for me to wear and the shine from the Omni heat fabric is no longer present. I would not recommend to have winter jackets such as Columbia or North Face dry cleaned here, perhaps other clothing items.
